Correctional Facility Officers (Residential House Block) play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our correctional institutions, and we seek individuals who can seamlessly integrate into this position.
There is no 'standard' Correctional Facility Officer (CFO).We welcome applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds who can exhibit the integrity, resilience, and strong communication skills essential for success in this role.
No specific qualifications or prior experience are necessary. Our facilities focus on rehabilitating offenders and preparing them for reintegration into society upon release. We strive to normalize conditions within the facility to reflect life in the broader community. Our goal is to foster an environment where both staff and individuals in custody feel secure.The individuals in your care will have varied needs, and it will be your responsibility to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect while being guided towards a new way of life, all within a safe, secure, and structured setting.
Your key responsibilities will include facilitating prisoner rehabilitation, providing structure and routine, ensuring they attend work in the morning, actively participate in educational programs, and are secured in their cells at night.

*Please note that during your 9-week Training Course, the training hours will be 35 hours per week, resulting in a salary of £26,264.00, which will increase to £30,016.00 after training.
