Business Change and Transformation Opportunity

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is partnering with a leading housing association to hire a Business Change Project Manager to join their IT and Transformation team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead on a Dynamics CRM implementation project that the client is keen to deliver across the business. You will also have the chance to contribute to other areas and establish project and programme management best practices by working with the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a Dynamics CRM implementation project
  • Contribute to other business change and transformation initiatives
  • Establish project and programme management best practices
  • Work with the senior management team to drive business change

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience
  • Experience in business change, transformation, and business process design
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to matrix manage
  • Able to manage external providers
  • Possess a Project management qualification (Prince2 / Agile / PMP / MSP certified)
  • Experience working in the housing or non-profit sector

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics CRM or worked on a CRM implementation project
