The Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work on a diverse range of projects within defence, medical, automotive, industrial, or telecommunications on real-time operating systems or safety-critical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient solutions.
  • Define, iterate on, and improve best practices and help teams utilize them.
  • Work on projects that have a direct impact on people's lives and are used throughout the world in various industries.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of previous experience in a software engineering position working with an object-oriented programming language, C++.
  • Interest in working on safety-critical software solutions or real-time operating systems.
  • Ability to appreciate the bigger picture and contribute ideas to the team on new technologies, solutions, and delivery approaches.
  • Confidence to work in a collaborative environment, working through challenges together and learning from one another.
