About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Sky Studios Level 3. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food and drink service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Service Development: Coordinate the entire operation of the catering unit during scheduled shifts, meet and greet customers, and ensure that client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered.
  • Relationship Management and Customer Service: Act as the first point of reference for all customer comments and concerns, actively gain customer feedback, and use it to improve the food and service offering.
  • Finance: Work with the Catering Manager to ensure the catering unit achieves financial targets, understand and interpret financial control systems, and prepare reports outlining staff control, food control, and sales.
  • Managing/Developing a Team: Organise and supervise the shifts of Front of House team, ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards, and provide induction, initial skills, and on-the-job training.
  • Sales: Work with the Catering Manager to maximise sales at the unit, maximise sales through effective up-selling and marketing promotions, and represent the relevant site at meetings within CH&CO.
  • Health & Safety: Keep up to date with COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods, ensure all employees adhere to uniform standards, and report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and hygiene, health, and safety hazards.
