About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Life Practitioner to join our team at Kisimul Group Limited. As a Life Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting young adults with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to ensure the safeguarding and well-being of our young adults at all times.
  • Participate in a range of innovative and exciting recreational events, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Assist with practical tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Develop positive relationships with young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
  • Meet the physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs of our young adults, ensuring their individual requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and clear record-keeping, ensuring the needs of our young adults are being met and regularly reviewing and recording any changes to their needs.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A genuine passion for care and a motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Resilience and confidence to ask for support when needed.
  • Computer literacy and a willingness to learn.
  • A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to complete this qualification.
