Novax Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will engage in various capacities, whether as a member of a Product team focused on enhancing a product to better serve user needs, or as part of a Project team employing Agile or Waterfall methodologies to achieve defined objectives. Additionally, the role may involve contributing to a service team that addresses specific requirements.
This position plays a crucial role in fostering a cultural shift within the organization as part of the Digital Housing initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage work backlogs throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with team members to convert user needs into actionable user stories.
2. Utilize various tools to visualize service journeys; map existing and future processes to identify steps and pain points, prioritize development efforts, and establish product scope.
3. Take ownership of crafting user stories; define success metrics and completion criteria; collaborate with team members to progress stories through the backlog; contribute to the product vision and outline the scope of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and value releases.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience in a housing context or within the public sector is preferred.
- Must possess a willingness to engage in a customer-facing capacity.
