As a key member of the Ecology Team, you will lead complex projects, mentor your team, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality ecological services.

• Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Leading and mentoring survey teams, both in-house and external, to achieve project goals
• Conducting advanced surveys and ensuring the quality of work, adhering to UK and European environmental legislation
• Contributing to the Ecology Team's vision and growth strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven project management skills and a strategic mindset
• Senior-level experience in technical report writing and expertise in UK and European environmental legislation
• Experience in fee proposals and resource planning, with a focus on delivering high-quality ecological services
• Strong knowledge of botany, bats, aquatic ecology, and other relevant areas, with survey licenses and BNG metric experience a plus
