Job Description

KPMG is seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our team in Canada Square, London, with experience in tax transformation, technology, and process design. As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects
  • Help clients design, build, and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions that are designed for tax
  • Support clients in understanding the importance of tax, the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries, and the value that it can bring
  • Work together with our other Tax Transformation colleagues as well as other groups in KPMG such as Consulting
  • Help clients develop robust global governance and process frameworks
  • Develop our service offerings and service delivery models
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Line manage managers and assistant managers and oversee output of offshore resource in order to deliver client projects
Requirements:
  • Experience of technology and automation to drive efficiency, risk management, and value
  • Experience in process, risk, and controls design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work
  • Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates, and integrates information
  • Awareness or experience of tax and accounting compliance processes (e.g. Direct/Indirect tax returns, statutory accounting)
