The Junior Digital Designer will be joining a driven and highly collaborative team. Our team vision is to create seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and desirable. We do this by focusing on user insights backed by data to ensure we improve our users' experiences across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly updating content on our websites and apps via CMS.
  • Creating and/or resizing of artwork and animations for web and other channels, such as apps and email.
  • Working collaboratively with the other digital designers, in a fast-paced environment to achieve results and meet deadlines
  • Adopt a data-driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale
  • Share a strong understanding of digital design best practices.
Requirements
  • A collaborative designer who has a solid track record of using their initiative in order to achieve results
  • A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Understanding of mobile design and device optimization.
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms and CMS systems such as Amplience would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A pro-active attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of digital design best practices
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean and professional web/mobile/digital design.

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first-stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
