About the Role

Agora Talent is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Partner to lead our Logistics finance team and drive strategic decision-making across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports, overseeing Logistics and Customer Service costs.
  • Partner with Operations and Fulfilment Centre leadership to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage month-end processes, forecasting, and budgeting cycles to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Accounting/Finance with a strong analytical and communication skillset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Qlik systems a plus.
