Leasehold Scheme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a leasehold scheme, ensuring that all buildings are well-maintained and that residents are satisfied with the service.
Main Responsibilities- Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in good order and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Client Liaison: Attend client meetings, including AGMs and Directors meetings, to ensure effective communication and to address any concerns.
- Project Management: Manage the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works, and other projects as required.
- Resident Communication: Ensure effective communication with residents, including circulating information on management issues and ensuring that their concerns are addressed.
- Financial Management: Manage the budget, yearend accounts, and quarterly client statement process to ensure that timescales are met and that accounting information is accurate.
- Insurance and Risk Management: Ensure that insurance claims are processed efficiently and correctly, and that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to on all sites.
- Reporting and Administration: Produce service charge budgets, including preparing reserve and capital expenditure reports for the forthcoming years, and review and agree all circular and client correspondence.
- Experience: Property Manager - Block Manager experience is essential, with a good knowledge of budgets and experience of serving Section 20 notices.
- Qualifications: AIRPM qualified, although not essential.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is required.
The salary for this role is £45k to £55k, depending on experience.
