Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation

Sacco Mann is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, working closely with a small team and an exceptional paralegal. The firm is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters
  • Working closely with a small team and an exceptional paralegal
  • Providing expert advice on commercial litigation matters
  • Developing and implementing litigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong background in handling contractual and property disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
