About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Policy Senior Associate to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a key member of our Cross-Cutting Response team, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing key consumer-focused issues that require a cross-market response from the FCA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification and assessment of issues impacting consumers that require a cross-cutting regulatory response.
  • Help scope and develop appropriate responses for addressing cross-cutting issues that meet our regulatory objectives.
  • Develop and maintain processes to track and report on cross-cutting issues.
  • Build and manage relationships with colleagues across the FCA to support design, delivery, and coordination of cross-cutting responses.
  • Support senior leadership decision-making and oversight of cross-cutting issues.
