We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Activity Leader to join our team at Lazer Lions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading children's activities and providing a fun and engaging experience for our young participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead groups of children in various activities, including sports, games, and arts and crafts
  • Develop and implement engaging and safe activity plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children and helping them develop new skills and confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable: experience working with children in a teaching, guiding, coaching, or TA role, or leading group exercise or sports activities
