- Lead Negotiations: Engage with customers, partners, and suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Main Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, maintaining a highly professional demeanor.
- Identify Opportunities for Growth: Develop strategic plans to increase turnover and profitability through the Sales & Estimating Office.
- Control Costs: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement measures to reduce costs within the business and supply chain.
- Set Budgets and Monitor Performance: Establish and track budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Foster collaboration and drive operational excellence through the development of innovative solutions.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide Clear Communication: Ensure effective communication between all departments, addressing issues and facilitating decision-making.
- Manage Resources and Projects: Allocate resources and manage projects to achieve business objectives.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, demonstrating strong supervisory skills.
- Exceptional Leadership: Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Qualifications: A BSc/BA in Business Administration or equivalent, with a strong understanding of design programs and associated consequences.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior management position, ideally in a manufacturing environment with metal pressing knowledge.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, particularly in P&L/Budget Management/Forecasting, and experience in recruitment and selection.
- Salary Package: £70,000.00-£85,000.00 per year, including a 10K car allowance.
- Company Benefits: Excellent company benefits, including a company pension and free parking.
