This role operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility required during peak periods.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual seeking a new challenge within a dynamic and high-achieving team, recognized for its exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting documents, property asset details, and job requests into the Property Planning Maintenance Program system.
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance and Installation Manager, as well as contractors and suppliers.
  • Gathering and organizing financial data.
  • Following up on invoices, pursuing suppliers, and generating purchase orders.
  • Coordinating site visits for contractors.
  • Managing expense forms for management review.
  • Documenting existing damages and general property conditions.
  • Preparing property inspection reports in compliance with industry standards.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management relevant to the role.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of the construction industry and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Maintaining and inputting data within a PPM system.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Prior administrative experience in property or facilities management, either in corporate or private settings.
  • Experience in generating purchase orders and obtaining payment approvals.
  • Ability or willingness to interpret property plans with a foundational understanding of technical aspects related to property or facilities.
  • Familiarity with data input and maintenance in a PPM system.
