Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Automotive Mechanics Educator seeking a rewarding role? Prospero Teaching is currently in search of a qualified Automotive Mechanics Educator to instruct students at KS4/5 level in a specialized educational setting.

Position Overview:

  • Automotive Mechanics Educator - Qualified in City & Guilds
  • Full Time, 5 days a week
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Long-term opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent
  • Located in a supportive educational environment
  • On-site parking available
Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate mechanics lessons
  • Create tailored learning strategies for individual students
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to improve the learning experience
  • Track and assess student progress
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in teaching mechanics
  • Familiarity with the City & Guilds curriculum
  • Strong skills in classroom management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
  • Valid DBS registration on the update service
  • Authorized to work in the UK
