This position primarily involves maintaining the cleanliness of the female changing facilities, thus we require a female Cleaner exclusively for this role. This requirement is in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9.

In your role as a Female Cleaning Operative (Bank) at our Wakefield Fitness Center, you will be expected to manage your tasks efficiently and schedule your time effectively to ensure that cleaning activities do not disrupt the customer experience. Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will be essential when engaging with both colleagues and customers.
As a Female Cleaning Operative (Bank), your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing various areas within our facility
- Demonstrating care for our customers
- Taking pride in your cleaning duties
- Maximizing the effectiveness of cleaning products
- Safely operating cleaning equipment (such as carpet cleaners)
- Managing a range of tasks, from waste removal to inventory checks and record updates
