A well-established construction consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive success in the healthcare sector.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will possess high levels of motivation and drive, working primarily on mid to large-scale healthcare commissions ranging from £500k to £40m.

The day-to-day duties will consist of overseeing the job from beginning to end, performing on-site front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the building process.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject.
  • Previous client-facing Project Management experience.
  • Commercial background (Desirable)
  • Experience working within the healthcare sector (Desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Previous experience working at Senior Project Manager level at a construction consultancy.
