Emotional and Mental Health Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Emotional and Mental Health Support worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with their mental health needs.

About the Role:

  • Support and shadow the class teacher to ensure a positive and safe learning environment
  • Provide 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and mental health challenges
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Knowledge of child development, mental health, and SEN

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £80-£95
  • A full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule
