- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.

- Draft legal documentation, including Letters of Claim (LOC) and letters of instruction.
- Negotiate settlements and issue proceedings as required.
- Ensure effective time recording and the collection of relevant information to progress cases.
- Oversee and review documentation and correspondence produced by the team.
- Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.", "Essential Skills and Experience": "- A minimum of 8 years PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence.
- Proven experience in handling a clinical negligence caseload.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness within a legal context.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members effectively.
