Housekeeping Team Leader

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 12:00pm, 39.4 weeks per year.

Compensation: £12.50 per hour

Job Overview:

An excellent opportunity has emerged within our dedicated Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will possess prior cleaning experience and demonstrate confidence in managing tasks alongside a small team. This position is very much a "hands-on" role, requiring exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a small group of Housekeepers, organizing daily tasks and ensuring thorough coverage of cleaning responsibilities.
  • Conducting general cleaning duties, including damp dusting and waste disposal.
  • Performing floor maintenance, such as vacuuming, mopping, and utilizing cleaning machinery.
  • Ensuring sanitary areas are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Executing deep cleaning tasks during non-term periods, including carpet cleaning.
