We are seeking an experienced and skilled Motor Vehicle Sales Professional to join our team at Renault Retail Group UK. As a New Car Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new cars to customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sell new cars to customers and meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with new car models and features to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet with customers to discuss their car needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate new cars to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Full UK Driver's license (automatic-only license holders will also be considered)
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Basic salary of £25,500 per annum
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of £51,000 pa
- Demonstrator car from day one and a tax-efficient car after one month's service
- 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and other fringe benefits
