Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our team at Reconstruction Midlands Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our projects team to ensure accurate and timely estimations for mechanical services.
  • Collaborating with our in-house estimating and design team to develop and implement effective estimation strategies.
  • Providing expert estimation services for a range of mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and pricing for mechanical services projects.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of mechanical services and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
