Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience in our bar.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Take the lead on food and beverage initiatives, ensuring that menus, tills, and pricing are up to date and that our operations are running smoothly.
  • Profitability: Work closely with our management team to ensure that our food and beverage operations are profitable.
  • Stock Management: Organize and prepare for monthly stock takes, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up to date.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to ensure that our operations are safe and compliant.
  • Reception Operations: Supervise accurate and efficient reception operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
