About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering an effective and quality maintenance service across our Distribution Centre Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure the site is statutorily compliant and accurate records are kept up to date.
  • Maintain a high standard of work by following safe working practices and adhering to industry standards.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the site's equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities management team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and plans to improve site efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Valid UK driver's license and ability to travel to other sites as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Recognized apprenticeship or qualification in a relevant field, or significant proven experience in maintenance and repair.
