Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dry Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Linsco Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dry finishing works of a refurbishment project in a city centre location.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain site documentation, including site diary, progress reports, and health and safety records.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS card, and ideally first aid certification.
