An esteemed and highly respected consultancy, Intersect Global, is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to complement their team. As the business continues with their planned expansion, this presents a genuine opportunity to progress to a Director level position and achieve equity shares.
The company delivers projects across the rail, water, and highways sectors, with a focus on large-scale projects ranging from £10M- £80M each.
Flexible working arrangements are offered, with 2-3 days per week allowed to work from home, as well as support towards achieving Chartered status.
The Role- Providing detailed reports to senior management on the costs associated with a wide variety of projects, which are being cost managed by the team.
- Advising and approving cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, ensuring accurate and efficient cost management.
- Establishing clients' requirements and undertaking feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure effective cost management and control.
- Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and opportunities.
