About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, and reconciling invoices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the company's credit control system, ensuring all debts are up-to-date and payments are made on time
* Develop and implement enhancements to the credit control system as required
* Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the team
* Liaise with customers and internal personnel, including the sales team
* Resolve complex billing and customer credit issues
* Update account status records and collection efforts
* Report to management on outstanding issues and inform them about potential debtor problems
Requirements
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
* Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
