Position Overview:
The role of an International Sports Scholarship Advisor is pivotal in facilitating and managing sports scholarship placements at universities across the US. Whether the focus is on soccer, track and field, or rugby, our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to find tailored placements for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer direct assistance to student-athletes throughout the recruitment journey.
- Establish connections between students and university coaches, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and aspirations.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families regarding offers and updates during the placement process.
- Support the creation of student profiles.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends.
Qualifications:
- A highly motivated former student-athlete from the US or Canada.
- A Bachelor's degree with commendable academic performance.
- Relevant work experience post-graduation.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment with a structured approach.
