We are seeking an experienced and talented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at de Le Cuona. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our ordering and purchasing processes, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Stock Control

Responsible for procuring and stock controlling fabrics, home accessories, and components, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized and that we have a consistent supply of high-quality products.

Order Tracking and Management

Track and record orders, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and that any issues are promptly addressed.

Supplier Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring that we receive the best possible service.

Price Management and Negotiations

Manage and negotiate prices with suppliers, ensuring that we achieve the best possible value for our business.

Forecasting, Reporting, and Analysis

Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and analyses of product performance, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our sales trends and can make informed business decisions.

Liaising with Logistic Agents

Liaise with our logistic agents to ensure that our products are delivered on time and that any issues are promptly addressed.

Department Administration

Provide administrative support to the procurement department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Sourcing

Source new suppliers and products, ensuring that we have a diverse range of options to meet our customers' needs.

Data Management

Manage and maintain accurate data, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our sales trends and can make informed business decisions.

Procurement Records and Sustainability Certifications

Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure that all sustainability certifications are up to date.

Supporting Certification Audits

Support certification audits, ensuring that we meet all relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience

Proven experience (2 years+) in a procurement role or analytical role.

Interest in the Interiors/Textiles World

Interest in the interiors/textiles world and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and service.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

Communication and Collaboration Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate pricing and discounts with suppliers.

Time Management and Prioritization

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail

Excellent attention to detail skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Microsoft Office and SAP

Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and previous knowledge and use of SAP software advantageous.
