About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join our specialist team of top international Real Estate Finance Lawyers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting senior associates and partners on high-value transactions, operating at close to trainee level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Support: Assist with running and managing conditions precedent on large transactions, from deal inception to completion.
  • Post-Completion Security Registrations: Assist with post-completion security registrations at Companies House, including searches and other formalities.
  • Client Reporting: Coordinate reports to clients, chase internal teams on cross-departmental projects, and send out reports.
  • Deal Close Administration: Bibling promptly after deal close.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare legal documents such as board resolutions and director's certificates. Proofread and update documents, using initiative to flag queries.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and external high-net-worth individuals.
Requirements
  • Strong Academics: Strong academics, including a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Real Estate Finance Experience: At least 1 year's previous Real Estate/Property Finance experience, ideally from a law firm environment.
  • Confidence and Initiative: Ability to get stuck in with a busy workload with minimal direct supervision, confident in your Real Estate Finance skills.
  • Trainee Level Experience: Keen to grow and gain trainee level experience.
