The Role:
- Engage clients through multiple channels, including face-to-face interactions
- Anticipate and address any outstanding issues with thorough follow-up
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Prepare and submit accurate accounts and tax returns in a timely manner
- Provide expert advice on financial matters, such as cash flow, budgets, and pricing, to help clients thrive
- Keep meticulous records through efficient bookkeeping and manage VAT returns and CIS
- Act as a liaison between clients and HMRC to resolve any inquiries that may arise
- Conduct comprehensive end-of-year financial and fee reviews to ensure client success.
The Person:
We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable team member with a passion for client engagement and strong tax expertise. You will provide direct counsel to clients while maintaining professional accreditation. You will need at least 2 years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero is a bonus. A positive attitude and genuine desire to collaborate with clients for better financial experiences are essential for success in this role.
