Senior Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Invision360. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the local government sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on reaching and resonating with local authorities.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the marketing team, driving creativity, innovation, and excellence in execution.
  • Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to establish the company as a trusted authority in the local government sector.
  • Create compelling content, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to showcase our expertise and demonstrate the value of our solutions to local authorities.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through a mix of inbound and outbound marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns and programs that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies and programs to nurture relationships with existing clients, drive customer loyalty, and encourage advocacy.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired (but not essential).
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with experience targeting local government clients.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
  • Leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software, and digital analytics tools.
