Job Title: Order Picker

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Order Picker to join our team at our Kettering warehouse. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and dispatch goods as required
  • Load and unload customer's goods safely and securely
  • Pick goods from stock for our store customers, adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Count and re-bag stock as required to maintain high standards
  • Ensure high levels of housekeeping standards are maintained
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer care
Requirements:
  • Own transport due to the location of the site
  • Punctuality and good time-keeping skills
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to speak and read English to a certain level for instruction and safety
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
