Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off.
Shifts: 07:00 - 19:15 and 19:00 - 07:15.
Immediate opportunities available – prior experience in waste management is not required.
Role Overview:
Your responsibilities will include operating and overseeing machinery, including Forklift operations (training will be provided), ensuring safety and efficiency at all times. You will communicate any issues to your supervisor, aim to minimize waste, and enhance productivity across all operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with your colleagues to uphold excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement during your shifts.
The work schedule follows a Monday to Friday pattern.
