We are seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee one of our educational catering teams. This role entails preparing and cooking meals for lunch service, supervising the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and designing menus.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated culinary skills and a genuine enthusiasm for fresh ingredients. Holding an NVQ level 2 in Food Preparation / Professional Cookery or its equivalent, you will enjoy a competitive salary.
Harrison is committed to delivering quality, fresh, and seasonal meals, supported by a carefully curated network of suppliers across the UK who provide responsibly sourced ingredients, inspiring our chefs to create innovative and exciting menus.
We prioritize the safeguarding and welfare of children; therefore, all successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application, provide two references, and possess the right to work in the UK.
