Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Recruitment Helpdesk. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse and ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production managers and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of inventory management software and systems.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
