Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Estate Care Specialist. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our high-quality residential development in Devon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the gardens and landscaping of our 11 properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Perform routine property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure the properties are well-maintained and secure.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gardening and landscaping, with a focus on property maintenance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Sensible DIY skills and the ability to use various tools and equipment.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
