About the Role

We are seeking a caring and professional Domestic Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's prestigious Portman Court estate in Uckfield. As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing domestic support and housekeeping services to our homeowners, including laundry, cleaning, and maintenance of communal areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic support and housekeeping services to homeowners, including laundry, cleaning, and maintenance of communal areas.
  • Support in the Bistro or Restaurant during service times.
  • Provide lifestyle services to homeowners, including chaperoning to medical appointments and offering social support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
About You

We are looking for someone with a caring personality and a desire to make a positive difference to people's lives. You will have experience in a customer care or service role, preferably in a similar environment, such as health and social care, hospitality, retail, or domestic services. You will be considerate, patient, and professional, with clear and confident communication skills.
