We are seeking an experienced Storeman to join our team at Gap Construction for a large Residential project in Cambridge. As a Storeman, you will be responsible for maintaining, issuing, receiving, and securely storing tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized store area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and secured.
- Issue and receive tools and equipment as required, ensuring accurate inventory and record-keeping.
- Assist trades with moving materials and general laboring duties as needed.
- Clean up and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full PPE.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform manual tasks.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
