Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our radiography services team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the radiography services team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure service excellence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or radiography services setting.
  • Strong operational management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
