Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at M&H Carriers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering pallets, trunking between depots, and ensuring good health and safety practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivery of pallets
  • Trunking between depots
  • Loading/Unloading vehicle
  • Ensuring good housekeeping while at the depot
  • Manual handling
Requirements
  • Full Cat C
  • Valid drivers CPC card
  • Valid Digital tachograph card
Advantages
  • ADR experience is advantageous but training can be provided
  • Clean driving license preferred
  • Forklift licence
Working Conditions

47.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Candidate must be flexible with hours. Wages paid monthly.

Please note that your employment with M&H Carriers is contingent upon the submission of a basic disclaimer (DBS) within the first three weeks of your start date. If you do not currently have a basic disclaimer, you may obtain one for a fee of £25.00. M&H Carriers will refund this £25.00 fee upon the successful completion of your probation period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: £14.00 per hour. Benefits: Referral programme. Schedule: Day shift. Experience: Class 1: 1 year (preferred). Work Location: In person.
