Workplace Overview: This establishment is a distinguished five-star hotel and wellness center, beautifully restored to reflect its historical significance while incorporating modern elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of skilled wellness practitioners to provide outstanding treatments and customer service.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to uphold high standards and introduce innovative techniques.
  • Manage the scheduling of practitioners to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Guarantee that all treatments adhere to our five-star quality standards and protocols.
  • Oversee the inventory of wellness products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management to create new treatment offerings and packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and client information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior or Lead Therapist in a luxury wellness environment.
  • Professional certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of wellness treatments, products, and industry trends.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with spa management software is advantageous.
