Electrical Team Leader Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of electrical technicians and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of our industrial systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve site performance and reliability by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Delegate tasks and activities to team members and contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular PPM inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise other services and contractors to ensure seamless integration with our operations.
  • Act as a deputy for 1st Line engineering management as required.
  • Develop and review risk assessments, method statements, and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize the Maintenance management system for maintenance activities to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to plant improvement projects to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A recognized electrical engineering apprenticeship (preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).
  • Plant engineering knowledge and experience of industrial systems such as AC & DC circuits, Hydraulic systems, Pumps, drives, gearboxes, Robotics, and PLCs.
  • A self-starting driven individual capable of leading a small team.
