Your Opportunity

Our Assurance & Accounting teams are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join their ranks as Junior Accountants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing technical knowledge to prepare tax returns for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contributing to tax compliance projects and other assignments, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Building positive working relationships with clients, effectively responding to requests and suggestions.
  • Communicating progress updates and issues to team members on an ongoing basis.

Your Experience and Education

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Are currently working towards a degree or diploma in accounting.
  • Have a strong desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Have proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Earn Your CPA Designation

BDO is committed to the success of students pursuing their CPA designation. We offer pre-approved programs, mentorship, and support, as well as reimbursement of exam fees and enrollment in Canada's leading CFE prep course.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $56,000.
