Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at Priory Healthcare, offering the chance to build and manage a thriving private practice across outpatient and inpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat private patients within scope of practice.
- Oversee the care of outpatients and inpatients within your specialty.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical, nursing, psychologists and other therapy colleagues.
- Engage in quality improvement and governance activities.
- Expand your practice in alignment with Priory Healthcare's prestigious reputation.
- Participate in on-call rotations for the private unit.
- Network with professional colleagues and referral sources.
- Maintain professional development and meet Revalidation requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- GMC registration with relevant specialist accreditation.
- A strong understanding of Clinical Governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Successful completion of a DBS check, funded by Priory Healthcare.
- No existing private practice required, this is a great opportunity to start your journey into private practice.
