Job Title: Retail Shift Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. You will take accountability for ensuring that correct procedures and processes are followed, exceptional customer service standards are delivered on all sites, and stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
Responsibilities:
* Manage teams of stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
* Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
* Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame
* Monitor and improve team productivity
Requirements:
* Full driving license
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to remain focused when under pressure
* Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
* Willingness and ability to travel
Working Hours:
* Evening/night shifts
* 5 in 7 day working shift pattern
