We are seeking a motivated and skilled Foot Care Specialist to serve the tri-borough area, delivering essential podiatric services to residents.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality podiatric care to a varied patient demographic in multiple environments.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage the foot and lower limb health needs of both local and transient populations, ensuring patient mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with a team of podiatric professionals and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care for all patients.
- Participate in clinical rotations and benefit from ongoing supervision and mentorship.
- Work with management to identify personal development goals and pursue the knowledge and skills necessary to advance to a Specialist Podiatrist role.

Qualifications
Essential:
- BSc in Podiatric Medicine or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Certification in local anaesthesia.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualifications in podiatry.
Experience
Essential:
- Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and interagency collaboration.
- Experience managing a diverse range of patient conditions, particularly high-risk foot health.
Desirable:
- Experience in clinical supervision or mentoring.
- Experience in service enhancement initiatives.
Skills and Knowledge

- Up-to-date knowledge of podiatric practices and recent advancements in the field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and their families.
