- Serving as a Keyholder, responding to alarm calls to maintain store security.
- Monitoring internal communications and ensuring timely action on messages.
- Coordinating team efforts to meet customer needs and operational demands, providing feedback to the Store Manager on any team-related issues.
- Balancing responsibilities between customer service and product replenishment.
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing attendance and conducting return-to-work interviews for team members.
- Building strong relationships with your Area Manager and People Partner to facilitate timely issue escalation and seek guidance when needed.
